Flaws of an Everlasting Memory is an independent feature film that will be spoken in the Vietnamese language (with English subtitles) and is created almost entirely by students. It follows a story of a lonely, uptight lexicographer who struggles to find love in Saigon while grappling with the untimely death of his first love. The film's mission is not only to explore the beauty of the Vietnamese language within this film, but also touch a bit on mental health.
Join us on Friday, February 26, 2021 as we blossom the night under the theme of "Garden of Dreams." The event will be approximately 50 minutes in length and there will be different activities in the following weeks to enhance the fun of this gala!
Garden of Dreams is an evening celebration during which creatives and storytellers in our team share their experience in progressing through this feature as they discover unique things with the Vietnamese language. This event includes engaging stories, raffle, and a short rehearsal scene from our film performed by our talented actors. All donations made through the ticket sales, sponsorships, and other contributions will go towards funding for our film production (for more information, please see FOAEM WeDidIt).
Jesse Campos will Emcee this wonderful event. We will bring a spotlight towards some of our production team who has made rigorous progress in our pre-production phase of our film and sharing our special thanks to special guests who are continuing to support our film.
The event ticket sales ends on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 5:00PM. Please note that all sales will be final.
Deadline for sponsorships and advertisements is Wednesday, February 10, 2021.
